ORDERS
All orders are processed automatically. You may request changes or cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting us through the contact form. Please include your order number.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with tracking.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped from the United States.
Processing time: 2–3 business days.
US delivery: 2–8 days.
International delivery: 10–30 days.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All requests must be submitted through the contact form. Please include your order number and photos of the item.
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs. If not, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be approved in advance. We do not accept returns sent to the original sender address!
Exchanges are not available, except in individually approved cases.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
